Our professional event hosts are the best in the business

Our hosts will act as the Master of Ceremonies for your big day, taking this important role away from the staff at the hotel or one of your guests so that they can enjoy your day without the worry of this extra role. Whilst remaining very professional we aren’t as formal as a Toastmaster and offer a more of a relaxed approach to the role.
 

Wedding Host Package

From our arrival at the venue our host will greet your guests, introduce them to the venue and answer any questions they may have.

During your ceremony they can play specially selected music through a discreet sound system as your guests assemble and as you walk down the aisle, sign the register and return down the aisle as Husband and Wife.

For the drinks reception they create the right atmosphere through carefully selected and themed music programming. Our hosts will also help the photographer, if required, arranging the guests for each photo shot.

Just before your grand entrance our host will ask the guests to take their seats at the tables and make sure everyone is in place before giving a brief personalised introduction along with individual music for your entrance.

They will provide a bespoke soundtrack through your meal, with the volume moderated so your guests can easily talk.

Our hosts will announce the speeches, introducing each of the speakers in turn who can then commence using one of our wireless microphones – very useful for those guests that are nervous about speaking as they don’t need to project their voice.

When it comes to the cutting of the cake our host will give the guests a 15 minute warning that it’s going to take place, often this time is used for a comfort break, then liaising with your photographer to make sure the lighting is set and cake positioned correctly.

From this it’s straight onto your first dance and into your evenings celebrations! As your host is also your DJ he will already have built up a good rapport with your guests and we have found this creates a much better atmosphere in the evening.
