If you have questions you would prefer to discuss in person we offer free personal consultations at our York office, Mondays to Wednesdays with a member of our events team.

It gives you the chance to meet the team, decide if we are the right supplier for you, come and have a look around our offices, view our products and services and have a custom package put together.

If you have made a booking with us not only is it a great opportunity for you to become more familiar with us, but it helps us to learn more about you and your expectations. We will tend to ask you a few questions about your event so its worth bringing your planning information with you, which may include, other suppliers, timings and an idea of the music that you like.

We have plenty of free parking available.
