In December we were given the opportunity to organise Hallmark Cards annual Christmas Party, they had already chosen Heaton Mount in Bradford as the venue but wanted us to take care of all the Corporate Entertainment. We decided on a Las Vegas theme for the 350 guests and began to put together our vision of the night alongside Glen and the rest of the Hallmark Cards Social Club.

On the night guests were greeted by our Las Vegas Showgirls and James Bond look-a-like took care of checking the Guestlist and directing people to the bar area.

Inside the marquee we setup 8 uplighters to a dark blue to create a gorgeous Winterwonderland setting along with a full Club Class Package Disco and staging for our Party Band.

We also created a “Vegas Games Room” which contained a 6ft Chocolate Fountain, Blackjack & Roulette Fun Casino Tables, Popcorn Cart, Candy Cart, Photobooth and of course the glamourous Showgirls provided hostess duties.
