We hosted the DMA Northern Summer Ball at Aspire in Leeds on Thursday 15th May providing Corporate Event Entertainment.
We took to the stage alongside the world famous Brutus Gold and his “Love Train” 1970’s disco show!
Brutus took to the stage with his troupe of 70’s Disco dancers performing amazing dance routines to the big disco classics from The Jackson 5, Chic, Kool & The Gang, Earth Wind & Fire, Abba, Billy Ocean and many more.
There was lots of audience participation from the DMA North members including learning the DMA Hustle and the 90 minute extravaganza finished off with a huge conga around the room.
Brutus finished his show to huge applause and it was time for our DJ to keep the atmosphere up and the Dancefloor rocking. We took it right back up to date with some of the big tunes from the current charts and later on dug out lots of classic 80’s and 90’s tracks. We even had some rather questionable dancing to LMFAO’s Sexy And I Know It from a few of the male guests!
We kept the floor full until the end of the night at 1:30 and a great night was had by all.
