We are so lucky here at Club Class Entertainment to be involved in some truly amazing events…

At the start of June we were contacted by a lady who wanted to organise a joint birthday party for her 50th and her daughters 21st. The party was to be held in the grounds at their house on the outskirts of York and they both wanted a Circus theme, but other than knowing the location and theme they were struggling for ideas and decided to contact Yorkshire’s leading Party Planners.

From our initial brainstorming meeting with the clients we knew it was going to be a great event. I never like to disclose other peoples budgets but this really was a ‘money is no object’ event!

First things first we needed a marquee for the garden, but not just any marquee… this was a Circus theme after all, so we got a Circus Big Top!

From there the ideas were non stop, we arranged Circus Entertainers, DJs, Percussionists, a Saxophone Player, Ariel Artists, Topless Butlers, Fire Breathers, a London Taxi Photo Booth, the ultimate Michael Jackson tribute act, a band, staging, podium dancers, videographers, photographers and much much more! And of course everything was managed on the night by our Event Managers, leaving the clients to enjoy the party.

This was our biggest event of the year so far and a truly great experience for everyone involved. The event was on a Tuesday night from 8pm until 8am, quite literally 12 hours of madness and to be honest we struggled to fit everything in – it was literally non stop entertainment from the word go.
